A barrowwight is a evil spirt of old wessterness. The bodys of old kings were buried out side of the old forest in burial mounds. They come back to life and they just prety much capture people and sacrifice them. They are prety cool.

P.S. Illuvatar spelled it wrong it is barrow wights not barowwhights. I cheked in the book.

I wonder if since the witch king died then did the barowights disapeare like the army of the dead did when they fufiled there promise

No, because the Witch-king of Angmar was not afected by the Desies that killed the other people.
