one of the reasons we know about the middle ages is because of archeologists they dig up artifacts left be hind or even the skeletins so what do you think would be cool for archeologists to find in say the 5th or 6th age or what kind of museums would they have

They would probably hold the great treasures of Minis Tirith Like Glamdring and what not and also that horn of Gondor.
