because huan the wolf hound of the valar was destined to slay and be slain by the greatest wolf the world will see,and he slew draugluin and nothing happend but he slew carcharoth and the venom from carcharoths bites killed huan and that means carcharoth not draugluin or wolf sauron was the greatest wolf of arda

I agree now, Huan is no match for draugluin in my opinion. But once I read it I will have a better detailed anwser. But for now I would have to say draugluin.
