Hey I was Just wondering what your guys es favorite weapon ever used or mentioned in Arda was. Named or unnamed.

Mine is Ringil! Used by Fingolfin the High-elve against Morgoth. The word Ringil in Elvish means (cold-star) or (cold-spark) because it bit with a chilling cold, and glittered like ice with a pale light.

" But Fingolfin gleamed beneath it as a star; for his mail was overlaid with silver, and his blue shield was set with crystals; and he drew his sword Ringil, that glittered like ice."
— The Silmarillion, Of the Ruin of Beleriand and the Fall of Fingolfin

P.S. He even wounded Morgoth 7 times and then hit him again in the leg, to were when ever he walked he felt that pain!

P.P.S. This is the fan-made version of Ringil, but I don't like the sheath of the fan-made version, but I do really like the sword!

Aundril is my favorite weapon. Who doesn't want control over the dead? Coming in close second though is the One Ring of power.

Ya that is a pretty cool ability. To summon the army of the dead you need anduril and you need the Stone of Erech (The Black Stone).

Anglachel. Beleg's sword. The one that Turin killed Beleg with, and the one that Turin used to slay Glaurung.

Wow i need to brush up on my lore! I have never heard of that weapon. Dose it do anything special and dose it have a description?

It was forged by Eol the elf and it seems to have some power to it. When Beleg wielded it it was said to 'sing with happiness', meaning it had some sort of consciousness. Like the ring.

first of all I realy like how they have alot of calvary men also I like the look of there armor wapons and archatecture wich are very simalar to one of my favorite real life civilisations the VIKINGS headbang.gif !!!!!!!!!!!

I think my favourite has to be the Balrogs fiery sword, second place is The Witch Kings flaming morgul sword, third is Anduril, flame of the west.

Anduril is a good one. I think I may change mine to Ringil now, just because I love Fingolfin.
