what if you could design an instrament that from anyware could sumon any creature. What instrament would it be what would it sound like and what would it sumon I would have a horn that could sumon the army of the dead

That would be cool, however there is a item that can summon the army of the undead the black stone. And me I would have an Adamant Horn laden with gold and Ruby that would call Gwaihir The lord of the wind (and leader of the Egals) and his Egals along with him.

P.S. Borimers horn of Gondor is said that when ever it is blown help will come. It is the same with Merrys horn from Edoras.
