Hey I just read the Lord of the Rings the Return of the King book that Bilbo gives both Merry and Pippin two beautifully crafted pipes made by the Elves for Bilbo. I know I am not old enough to smoke and I never will because it is stupied but, take a normal every day pipe for exsample a wooden thin pipe. But these pipes were tiped with peral making it feal like silk is touching your lips when ever you put it on your mouth. Those pipes were kingly gifts. I just thought they were lucky to have such great pipes since they smoke so much lol!
in the chapter floatsom and jetsom there weren't enuogh pipes for everyone and merry says "it wouldn't be of any use knocking on the door of orthanc to beg saruman of a pipe" wouldn't that be funny if pippin went up the steps of orthanc knocked o the doo then saruman:"what do you want" pippin:"can I barow a pipe pretty please" saruman:"well since your so polite and I wont b able to get to my tobaco I supose you can" pippin:"thank you"
