Sure it is. In our world african americans can marry white people. And in lord of the rings Aragorn a man marred Arwen an Elve.

I know, but a dwarf and an elf? That is pretty unlikely. Lol, I can just imagine the elf and the dwarf standing next to each other holding hands. "You may now kiss the bride". Then the elf bows down so that he is half his normal height so that he/she can kiss the dwarf.
