say the men,dwarves,and elves are retakeing moria if you could be any creature or command any army what creature would you be or what army would you command and how would you use that to help retake moria for example I would be an ice/light balrog and I would go down to the deepest depths of moria and chase the orcs upward until they are traped between me and the good armys

I know what we would have to do have the wizird that is best with fire and earth attacks and hve him make a huge eruption in moria kiling all the goblins and troll leaving only balrogs (if there are any left in moria)

ya, but you did not anwser my question. Do you really think a wizard can do that, and did you know that there are at least 100,000 Orcs in Moria, Not even including all of the Misty Mountains!
Still can not kill that many, orcs. Maybe, if every wizard alive still cam there maybe they could make it to were they killed, 10,000 at way way most. The wizards of Arda are not like typical wizards in tipical mythology. Like in motern interpritations of wizards, or mages, they can summon dragons and shoot fire and make earth quaks and destroy whole states. In lord of the rings the fellowship of the ring book, Gandalf says to go ahead and they see a bright flash of light and Gandalf comes tumbling down the stairs. And he can't us to much magic all redy, Istari may be powerful but they have limits on their magic. So the feat you are talking about is not posable.
