they arent really like the noldor because the noldor did not openly attack the valar just protested their decisions meanwhile the numenoreans actually made open war against them and said that they should never die mean they also protested iluvatar himself

I am with you Asmodeus. It is similer however. The Noldor were tricked by Melkor's lies. And the Numenorians were tricked by Sauron's lies. And they both rebeiled. But they are also very very different storys!

Anyway, I agree with the general message that is circulating around. They were indeed malleable men who above all desire power, and thus were easily tricked by the evil Sauron.
