they were made by iluvatar himself and were made after the other free peoples and origanated east of ered lindon so they never came into belearind

I say nay. It is said in the Silmarillion that Illuvatar created only two children in Arda. Men and Elves. So your theori is wrong. I think they were either created by one of the Ainur, or were created by the breding of men and dwarves maybe. So either created or breded...
