No they are not, it states it in the Silmarillion that they will live to be older then Men but are not imortal like Elves. Probably around 200 years old, becasue also it says in the Hobbit that Dwarves live longer then Hobbits.

I would think maybe 500 or something. But they are not immortal.

Well actually the thing is there were seven original dwarves and it is said that when they die they are reincarnated into a different body but keep the same name. So Durin was pretty much immortal. I believe the Durin that died in Moria was the seventh.

I believe Illuvatar and I settled on 220-280. But the very oldest would be around 300. Illuvatar and I are very knowledgeable on this matter now.
